Individuals purchasing from the online Stores will be allowed to purchase any quantity. Hipstreet reserve the right to limit the quantities available for sale or sold.
*HIPSTREET Branded Products*
If you discover what you believe is a product defect for any HIPSTREET branded product please contact Technical Support at 1-888-456-2426. Such a defect, if any, is covered under the terms of your product's return and refund policy, and warranty. Please refer to the warranty information and other support documentation that came with your product. (See Product Warranty section below for specific information about HIPSTREET product warranties.)
*Non-HIPSTREET Branded/Third Party Products*
If you discover what you believe is a product defect for any third-party product please contact the manufacturer directly for information regarding the manufacturers' standard warranties.
Products sold through this Web site which do not bear the HIPSTREET brand name are serviced and supported exclusively by their manufacturers in accordance with terms and conditions packaged with the products. HIPSTREET’s Limited Warranty does not apply to products that are not HIPSTREET-branded, even if packaged or sold with HIPSTREET products.
Return & Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your HIPSTREET purchase of a product, please visit online Order Status or call 1-888-456-2426 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA).
For eligible HIPSTREET, and third-party products, you have up to 30 calendar days from the time you receive your item(s) to initiate a return. Personalized products (e.g., customized in any way) may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances unless such product is dead on Arrival (see the section below for more detailed information on such Dead on Arrival products). If the item is returnable and you send it back to us unopened in the original box, HIPSTREET will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. You must return the product to the HIPSTREET warehouse within 30 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. The electronic invoice should accompany the returns. In the event that the returned order has any packaging, manuals, accessories, blank warranty cards or other items missing, the return may be refused, or we may deduct the value of any of the missing items. Shipping charges are non refundable; however we will refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or we have determined that the product is defective.
Please note that HIPSTEET does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products:
- Opened memory
- Opened software
- Electronic Software Downloads
- Software Up-to-Date Program Products (i.e., software upgrade subscription product)
- Gift Cards
- Gift Packaging (origami style gift box with ribbon and greeting card)
- HIPSTREET Developer Connection Products (Membership and Technical Support)
You may return software after rejecting the licensing terms, provided the software is not installed on a computer. However, software that contains a printed software license may not be returned if the seal or sticker on the software media packaging is broken.
HIPSTREET recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to HIPSTREET or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking and (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. Please note that Canada post and the United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar day waiting period before the USPS, will initiate a trace.
*HIPSTREET Return Policy*
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return your undamaged product to HIPSTREET Online Store within 30 days of purchase for replacement a full refund. Please visit online Order Status or call 1-888-456-2426 to request a return. The product must be returned in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
*Service Warranty Cancellation*
If your product is returned to our warehouse within 30 days from the date of shipment, your sales Warranty will be cancelled automatically and you will not be charged an early termination fee. You will be responsible for all fees, prorated charges, taxes, surcharges, or other charges through the termination date. Please contact 1-888-456-2426 for more information about applicable fees.
*Dead On Arrival (DOA) Product: System Failure Out of the Box* An HIPSTREET branded hardware product is considered DOA if it shows symptoms of a hardware failure preventing basic operability, upon its first use out of the box. If you discover that your product may be DOA please call HIPSTREET Technical Support at 1-888-456-2426 within 15 days of the invoice date. HIPSTREET Technical Support will determine if the product is DOA and offer you the following options:
The same product that was ordered will be shipped to you at HIPSTREET's expense. HIPSTREET Technical Support will put you in touch with an HIPSTREET Customer Service Representative to set up a replacement order and provide the procedure for returning the DOA product.
* *Repair Service:*
You may have the product repaired; however, once serviced the product is no longer eligible for replacement. Product must be deemed DOA by HIPSTREET Technical Support within 30 days of the invoice date in order to receive a replacement unit.
*DOA Terms and Conditions*
This DOA policy only applies to HIPSTREET branded hardware products currently offered on the HIPSTREET Store. As new products are offered HIPSTREET reserves the right to determine whether or not this policy applies. This DOA policy does not apply to third party products which do not bear the HIPSTREET brand name. You may call the manufacturer directly with any third party product issues:
If the product is deemed DOA by HIPSTREET technical support 30 days after the invoice date HIPSTREET's standard product warranty will not apply.
If the product is deemed by HIPSTREET technical support NOT to be DOA, HIPSTREET's standard product warranty will apply.
HIPSTREET will arrange for shipping at its expense, if the product is DOA, or defective.
HIPSTREET reserves the right to test returned DOA product. If the condition of the product is misrepresented by the customer, HIPSTREET may pursue imposing a fee, for wrongful return, of $50 to the customer.
If you discover what you believe to be a product defect, outside the above categories, please contact HIPSTREET Technical Support at 1-888-456-2426. Such a defect, if any, is covered under the terms of your product warranty. Please refer to the warranty information and other support documentation that came with your product.
Returned product must have a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number written on the shipping label.
Due to HIPSTREET's limited return policy, it is important that all orders submitted be accurate. If you are in doubt about an order, please call HIPSTREET Customer Service at 1-888-456-2426.
Electronic Software Downloads* - (Service not available now, but will be updated later)
Using a valid HIPSTREET ID, you can select downloadable software products, as and when available, for purchase at the HIPSTREET Store. At the time of checkout, we will obtain an authorization from the credit card you have provided the HIPSTREET Store. Once credit card authorization has been received, you will receive instructions in the form of a link to begin downloading your software.
If the transmission is interrupted in any way during download, you can use your HIPSTREET ID and password to begin the downloading process again. Once you complete your order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgment email that provides information about your purchase.
If credit card authorization is not received, you will receive instructions for completing your purchase.
Please read the product information for Electronic Software Downloads carefully since software download purchases are non-refundable.
*Electronic Software Download Sales Tax*
Applicable sales tax will be charged for downloadable software purchases where required by local law in the jurisdiction where the purchaser resides.
Proof of Purchase
HIPSTREET will send you a confirmation of your order through order status, when your order is shipped. If you have included an email address with your order, HIPSTREET may also send you an order confirmation via email.
In future, HIPSTREET will offer certain products that may be custom-configured to your specifications. As and when available, please review your order carefully. Once your custom-configured item has been prepared for shipment, it may not be changed or canceled. Learn more about HIPSTREET's Return and Refund Policy, for clarifications.
You may pay by credit card. At the time your order is placed, HIPSTREET obtains a pre-approval from the credit card company for the amount of the order. Credit card billing occurs before your order ships. The total price of your order will be charged to your credit card when our shipping notice email has been sent, before it is shipped.
The HIPSTREET Online Store accepts all cards including American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa credit, & debit cards, associated with a billing address within the Canada & United States. Call in 1-888-456-2426 for more information.
Debit cards and check cards have daily spending limits that may substantially delay the processing of your order.
*Credit Card Security Codes*
The HIPSTREET Store requires the credit card security code for your card for any telephone or online purchase. The credit card security code is an individual three- or four-digit number specific to your credit card that may be printed on the face of your card above the embossed account number (if American Express), or on the back of your card, on the signature panel (if Visa, MasterCard, or Discover). Asking for and confirming your credit card's security code helps validate that you - and only you - are in the possession of your credit card and protects you from unauthorized use of your account.
*Cashier's Check or Money Order*
The HIPSTREET ONLINE accepts certified checks, a cashier's check or money order as a valid form of payment, from Canada Post, US Postage and Banks. Personal or business checks are not accepted. If you wish to pay by cashier's check or money order, you may order by phone at 1-888-456-2426. The cashier's check or money order must be payable to KOBIAN CANADA INC, payable in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and include your web order # and/or copy of your order.

HIPSTREET accepts bank wire transfers as a valid form of payment. If you would like to use a wire transfer to pay for your order, please follow these steps:

- Obtain the final dollar total of your order including tax and any applicable shipping charges from the HIPSTREET Store Representative.

HIPSTREET ONLINE and store purchases will include sales tax based on your shipping address and the sales tax rate in effect at the time your order is billed. If you phone in regarding your order, the HIPSTREET customer representative will provide an estimated dollar total of your order including tax and any applicable shipping charges at the time you place your order. If the sales tax rate for the state to which your order is being shipped changes before the product is shipped, the rate in effect at the time your order is invoiced will apply. The proof of purchase that HIPSTREET mails to you will include any applicable sales tax.
If your order is being placed on behalf of a tax-exempt organization or individual, please call HIPSTREET Store Customer Service at 1-888-456-2426. Please be prepared to provide proof of state tax-exempt status for the state where the product is shipping. The organization or individual name On the order must exactly match the state tax-exempt certificate. Federal tax exemption certificates are accepted as additional proof, to add to the state tax- exempt.
HIPSTREET offers four convenient shipping options: How soon you receive the product(s) depends on the shipping method you have chosen.
* *Standard Shipping:*- By Canada Post or other related and comparable services.
This option is the cheapest for all products. Products shipped via standard service are normally delivered within seven business days after shipment.
* *2-Day Shipping:* - Through reputable couriers (like FedEx, UPS, and others)
For an additional charge, HIPSTREET offers this expedited shipping option for most products. Products shipped via two-day service prior to 3:00 p.m. Eastern time are normally delivered by 4:30 p.m. local time two business days after shipment.
* *3-4 Day International Shipping:* - Through Reputable couriers
For an additional charge, HIPSTREET offers this expedited shipping option on products shipped from international locations. Products shipped prior to 3:00 p.m. Eastern time are normally delivered by 4:30 p.m. local time within three business days after shipment.
* *Next Business Day Shipping:* For an additional charge, HIPSTREET offers this expedited shipping option to certain local locations in Toronto, GTA and nearby areas, depending on the proximity and availability of services, on most of the Products locally shipped prior to 3:00 p.m. Eastern time via Next Business Day service are normally delivered by 3:00 p.m. local time one business day after shipment. Next Business Day delivery is not available for orders shipping to big urban cities in Canada and major mega cities of U S A.
*Signature is required for delivery:*
Most of our shipments contain valuable life style product and computer equipment. If you will not be at the shipping address to accept delivery of your product, consider shipping the item to an address where someone you trust will be available to sign for your package. Once your order has prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you on delivery.
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, please contact us to make arrangements for reshipment. IT will be taken on a case to case basis.
*Failed Delivery Attempts:*
Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. After three delivery attempts, the package will be returned to us.
The estimated shipment date on your order is based on product availability, payment processing time, and warehouse processing time and does not include transit time. Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need and full payment or a full authorization, in the case of credit card.
Orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will begin payment processing the next business day.
If Hipstreet has your product in stock, it will normally be shipped within 2 business days and you will be intimated of the confirmation of order.
Out-of- Stock orders will ship, once the item is back in stock.
Orders for in-stock items that are eligible for same-day shipping must be received before your local time of 12:00 p.m.(noon), pending payment processing. Orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will begin payment processing the next business day. Unanticipated changes in supply can affect product availability. Please confirm the estimated shipping lead time at the "Review Your Order" page for the most current availability information.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal, provincial and bank holidays.
Some of our products are shipped from our international locations. Next Business Day shipping is not available on products shipped from outside the Canada and U S A.

The HIPSTREET Store endeavors to offer you competitive prices on current products and selected Sale and HIPSTREET Certified Reconditioned products. Your total order price will include the price of the product (on the day of shipping) plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges based on the shipping option selected. HIPSTREET reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at the HIPSTREET Online Store at any time.
Should HIPSTREET reduce its price on any shipped product within 7 calendar days of shipment, you may contact HIPSTREET Customer Service at 1-905-948-9967(xt.252) to request a credit of the difference between the price you were charged and the current selling price. To receive the credit you must contact HIPSTREET within 14 calendar days of the price change.
Order lead time is the length of time it will take us to validate your credit card, assemble the right products and package your order. Shipping time is the length of time it will take for the package to travel from our warehouse to your shipping address.
HIPSTREET makes every effort to ship your product according to the estimated lead times provided by the HIPSTREET Online Store at checkout. The estimated lead times are in business days (Monday through Friday) excluding Federal, provincial Reserve holidays. Lead times will begin the following business day for orders placed and credit cleared after 2 p.m. EST. Lead times quoted on the checkout page are for orders that are partially shipped – meaning items ship as soon as they are available. If you have requested a complete shipment, please add 5-10 additional days for transportation and order consolidation processing.
Although every effort is made to ship your order according to the lead time provided, shipping dates may change due to changes in supply. If the lead time changes, HIPSTREET will update the website with details or contact you via email and provide a revised shipping estimate.

*All HIPSTREET hardware products*, carry a one-year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. You may review a copy of the Limited Warranty on new products, including its limitations and exclusions, before you purchase, on inquiry. Certain new products, clearance products and refurbished products will carry no warranty to lesser days of warranty, normally 90 days to 180 days warranty. Advertisements on our Web Site are invitations to you to make offers to purchase products and services on the Web Site and are not offers to sell. Your properly completed and delivered order form constitutes your offer to purchase the products and services, referenced in your order.
